The restaurant was magnificent with delicious food and cocktails, I tried delicious dishes. The decor was modern and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a magnificent location a short walk from a public park. Had a very pleasant stay for a wedding, it met needs.

Room was stunning, very luxurious and gorgeous bathroom too.
Noisey as located on a main road with pubs next door.

Had an appetising meal in the bar. Everyone was welcoming and consistently courteous. Its location was central, near Coronation Clock Tower. It was located in a lovely area near shops.

Convenient location for Hampton Court and surrounding area. Reasonable choice of restaurants within walking distance. Clean smart rooms.
At night the lounge bar becomes very noisy indeed - not music but just a large volume of people. However, we had asked for, and been given, a quiet room and were not bothered by it.

The staff were extremely obliging and genuinely wanted to give an excellent service.

Noise (music) from the public bar area kept me awake into the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning. Level of lighting in the room was too low. There was no shaving point or shaving mirror in the bathroom. On checking in, there was no offer of newspapers, wake-up call or other services. Only short term metered parking close to the hotel.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and very good traffic connections.
A little noisy because of the disco.

The rain shower was AMAZING! Super refreshing after a long day. the room was massive and super comfy. Just wish the breakfast offered a full English option instead of just continental. 🤔

Comfortable rooms and very modern interior. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was fantastic when using public transport as it is directly opposite the train station and a bus stop. Speedy check out and the bill was £10 less than was quoted which was an extra bonus and the continental breakfast each morning was fantastic, can't fault it. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.
